Manage multiple Gmail accounts and send bulk emails efficiently
Your emails will likely go to SPAM without proper DNS records configured.
Configure SPF Record
TXT: v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~allEnable DKIM in Google Workspace
Apps → Gmail → Authenticate email
Set up DMARC Policy
TXT (_dmarc): v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:dmarc@aheadprep.comFor Banking Recipients: DNS authentication is mandatory. Without it, expect 80-90% of emails to go to spam. See the complete guide for bank-specific best practices.
Follow these steps to start sending emails:
Edit subject and HTML content in the Email Template section
Upload CSV/Excel or manually add emails for each account
Click "Start Sending" and monitor real-time progress
